TOPIC: IMMORALITY – THE GLORY KILLER.
SCRIPTURE: The words of king Lemuel, the prophecy that his mother taught him. What, my son? and what, the son of my womb? and what, the son of my vows? Give not thy strength unto women, nor thy ways to that which destroyeth kings. PROVERBS 31:1-3.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: If you carry any measure of anointing or glory, you are a mission field for agents of the devil.
It has been confirmed that immorality is a major platform for the degeneration of the glory of God on His children. Immorality (Adultery, fornication, perverse practices, pornography, masturbation, lesbianism, sodomy, etc.) is a major destroyer of glory. Sin, generally, is a killer glory. For example, Samson was a man of massive glory, but that glory was degenerated by his lifestyle of immorality.
Beloved, if you carry any measure of anointing or glory, you are a mission field for agents of the devil. Seeing what you are doing in Ministry or in any other assignment in life, there are agents of the devil who have you as their ministry.
Whether you are a man or a woman with the glory of God upon your life, the devil will empower, anoint and assign his agents against you. In case you doubt me, read the story of Samson in the Book of Judges: his enemies were looking for how to pull him down because he had troubled them so much that he destroyed their kingdom.
While they were wondering what to do, a prostitute, Delilah volunteered, “Excuse me, I am an expert in doing that kind of work, give me a trial.” So, they assigned her to Samson. That was the crash of Samson. And when he crashed, there was a great celebration in the kingdom of his enemies. Thus, Samson’s downfall happened because he succumbed to immorality in the hands of Delilah (Judges 16:1-25).
Beloved, there are people on demonic payroll either to go after your head or pull down your life and Ministry. That was how the enemy of John the Baptist were after his head (Matthew 14:8).
The truth is, if you think you have the calling of God, there are discussions already going on about your life now in the kingdom of darkness. There are discussions both in the kingdom of darkness and in physical kingdoms about how to pull down people with glory and grace. That is why it is necessary for married couples to pray for their spouses.
Today, I declare that they will never catch you, in Jesus’ Name. If they succeeded against you before, the last time it happened is the last forever. I declare the release of fresh power that would help you dismantle the agenda of the devil, in Jesus’ Name.
Remember this: If you carry any measure of anointing or glory, you are a mission field for agents of the devil.
ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Refuse to hang around temptation with the hope of overcoming it. Flee!
2. Ask God for the grace to resist the temptation of sin.
3. Stay longer with God at the place of prayer, worship and study of the Word to subdue the cravings of the flesh.
PRAYER: Lord, help me to dwell in the world of your glory. Lead me away from things that keep me from. I receive grace to overcome every spirit of lust and compromise, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

ABOUT: Dr. Paul Enenche is a distinguished Nigerian pastor, medical doctor, gospel singer, and author. He is the founder and senior pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre (DIGC), headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria. Born on June 4, 1968, in Otukpo, Benue State, he transitioned from a medical career to full-time ministry in 1996, following a divine calling.
